1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within the United States)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery method, and your location.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
  • Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment has been received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping

  • Beary Teddy does not offers international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
  • You can track your shipment on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • We may restrict shipping to certain international locations due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Beary Teddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If an error is made in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at bearyteddyusa@gmail.com, and we will do our best to update it before your order is processed.

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • At this time, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
